Colorado West Ballet is proud to make the magic of live professional ballet accessible to students throughout our community through our Children’s Outreach Performances.

Designed specifically for school-aged audiences, these special performances offer students the opportunity to experience professional ballet in a welcoming and engaging environment. Each production is shortened to approximately one hour, making it the perfect field trip experience for young audiences.

 

More than simply attending a performance, students are introduced to the art of ballet through interactive and educational elements that help bring the story, dancers, music, costumes, and production to life.

 

Thanks to the generosity of our donors and community partners, tickets are offered at a low cost, helping ensure that as many children as possible have the opportunity to experience the performing arts.

Seating for Outreach Performances is limited and advance registration is required.

 

We believe every child should have the opportunity to experience the wonder of live performance—and for many of our students, an Outreach Performance is their very first experience with professional ballet.
